Maaco can’t be beat - Whether you’re looking to save thousands on show-quality paintwork or want an old truck looking good again for just a little money, leading truck publications agree: Better get Maaco.
“Look good for less: Show-quality paint for less than $2,400,” headlines Truckin’ magazine’s
January cover story. The “Five easy steps to a cover truck” -- paint, wheels,
tires, suspension, audio and engine -- start with “The makings of a MAACO makeover.” In a five-page story with 15 photos, Senior Editor Dan Ward writes, “After one week, our project F-150 looked great, and with the thousands of dollars we saved, we can buy new wheels and tires, put the truck on the ground with an air-ride suspension, and still have money left over.”
The feature in the top truck publication was coordinated by Whittier, Calif., Maaco center operator Lance LeVier.
Another leading magazine had Maaco paint a older F-150 recently and was equally pleased with the results.
“Paint Your Truck For Under $500 Bucks,” read the Trucks magazine headline. Inside, a six-page feature was entitled, “An Easy Maaco-ver. Paint your truck for under $500 with high-quality results.”
The photo layout at Ken Sibley’s Riverside, Calif., center showed a black 1988 F-150 looking great after a complete urethane paint job. The article by Editorial Director Dan Sanchez described how the truck was prepped for paint, and details the paint process from start to finish.
The same standards, processes and materials are found at Maaco facilities across the continent.
