I need my car towed.
You can have your car towed to our facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including
holiday's. Simply call ZAK's 24HR WRECKER SERVICE at (214)566-5469. They
will carefully pickup your vehicle on a flat bed and delivery it to our
facility. Don't worry about paying for the tow, all tow
charges will be billed to us and we will collect them from your
insurance carrier.
How can I get a rental car?
We recommend ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR as they are approved by most insurance companies.

will pick you up at the shop and bring you back when your vehicle is complete.
If you need a rental car, we can help you make the necessary
arrangements. In most cases insurance companies will only pay for a rental car if you
have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant. Check
your policy and/or call your insurance company to find out if you have
rental coverage and what your specific limitations are.
If you are paying out-of-pocket for a rental car, be sure to ask for Maaco-Hulen shop rates. Often these
rates are lower than the full retail rates.
Are you open on Saturday?
Yes. We are open between the hours of 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM for drop-off and pick-up of
vehicles. We do not have technicians available on Saturday.
If my vehicle's frame is damaged is it a total loss?
No. A car is a total loss only when the price of repairs exceeds the
insurance company's determined value of your vehicle. Nowadays, most
cars are built using unibody (frame and body as one) construction. Our
highly skilled technicians, with the aid of frame straightening equipment, will return your vehicle to its original
factory specifications. If it is determined that the frame section is
bent beyond repair, that section can simply be replaced.
Can you match the paint color?
Today's modern factory finishes incorporate multiple layers of highly
specialized paints. Maaco-Hulen has made a major investment in the finest
computerized paint mixing system available and constantly upgrades its technology and
equipment to ensure that each vehicle's paint matches. We take special
pride in our ability to match factory finishes as the final step in the
restoration process.
Can I get other service work done on my vehicle while it is in the shop?
Yes. Just let us know what other work you would like done so
that we can make the necessary arrangements.
How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?
We can give you an estimate of the time it will take to complete the repairs to your vehicle. A good rule
of thumb is one day for each six (6) hours of labor time. Overall paint services generally take from two (2)
to four (4) days.
Can I get a ride home when I drop off my car?
Yes. We would be happy to provide this service to you. We want each
customer's visit to be a positive experience and will work diligently
towards that goal.
How will I know when my car is done?
You will be notified when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. You can
also check Vehicle Status on this website.
You can follow the progress of your car using the At-a-Glance status, any comments
will also be available on that web page.

Is there a warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?
Yes. Maaco-Hulen guarantees all repairs with a Lifetime Warranty on collision repair services. We also
offer various warranty periods for overall paint services ranging from one (1) year to lifetime.
What forms of payment do you accept?
The easiest and most convenient way to pay for your portion of the
repairs to your vehicle is with a major credit card. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, Diners, Carte Blanc, American Express and cash. We are sorry, but we do not accept
personal checks.
Can I wash my car?
Yes. Ideally you can wait a couple of weeks for the first wash, stay out of commercial car washes for two
